Enjoy a relaxing atmosphere in the bar area which has seats for approximately 22
people and comprises of an oak floor, hand-crafted oak bar and a natural stone fireplace
containing a log burner.
The restaurant, which can seat approximately 28 people, has natural wood flooring
and looks out over the Taf Fechan river and a local beauty spot – the Blue Pool.
There is a separate food menu for the afternoon and evening. Booking is strongly
recommended for the evening session in the restaurant (although this menu is also
available in the bar area). See menu’s page.
There are 2 large screen T.V’s used mainly for sporting events and Wi-Fi is also
available. At the front of the building is a patio area with seating available, and
a large car park opposite.
The bar stocks a variety of drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. The Aberglais
boasts a range of fine ales. We carry three real ales, which we change from time
to time. Among the favourites with our customers are Doombar, Butty Bach and Drummer
Boy. The draught drinks we sell are Worthington Creamflow, Guinness, Carling lager,
Carling Premier, Coors Light, Carling Black Fruit Cider and Strongbow cider.
A favourite with walkers, cyclists, families and pets, the Aberglais Inn extends
a warm and friendly welcome to all.
